Selvo may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Selvo, including workout logs, programs, and profile information. By sharing content publicly, you grant Selvo a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use Selvo to distribute harmful content, harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Selvo name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Selvo and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Selvo is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of our platform. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

9. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Selvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
